About the Program

Located on Canada’s east coast, Prince Edward Island (PEI) is known for its scenic landscapes and growing job market. Prospective residents can pursue immigration to PEI through the province’s participation in the Express Entry system.

Applicants must first satisfy the eligibility requirements of the federal economic programs by creating an Express Entry profile with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. Profiles can be submitted at any time and remain active in the pool for up to one year.

Profiles are assessed periodically and invitations to apply for provincial nomination or permanent residence are issued based on factors such as language ability, education credentials, and holding a valid job offer from a Canadian employer. Enhancing these elements improves the chance of receiving an Invitation to Apply.
